Stuart Art Supply is happy to lend its support for a Paint-Out Plein Air Competition at The Arts Foundation for Martin County at ArtsFest 2020 in Memorial Park Sunday, February 9th beginning with an 8 AM Check-in and a 3-1/2 hour painting time. There is a prize purse of $600 for 1st, 2nd & 3rd. The cost to participate is $30 and includes 2 days admission to ArtsFest.
